Description
The Gearhart Lodge at Little Beach is a complete facility with
comfortable accommodations. The Lodge sets on two acres with an
outstanding view of the coast range and the Pacific Ocean. The
Lodge has the magic of a ginger bread house with all of the charm and
intrigue of a child's imagination. There are enough beds to sleep
26 people! In some of the bedrooms there are several single beds
all in a row with the towels and wash clothes sitting at the base of
each bed. There are entries and exits with many halls, and two
stairwells including a grand winding staircase in the living room. There
is a majestic six foot fireplace and a baby grand piano. The
French doors open to the patio then on to the grounds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators and freezers and
lots of dishes and silverware for large groups of people. Linens,
glasses, candles and everything!
The large dining room table will seat your entire guest list. This
is a grand home for those family reunions, weddings, mid-size staff
meetings and of course Christmas parties! The large grounds will
allow for evening events. Order the tenants and music and let the
party begin.

Nearby Attractions
Recreation opportunities in the area include 3 golf courses, clamming,
walking or relaxing on Clatsop County's sandy beaches. Grab a lawn chair
and head out to enjoy for the annual Gearhart 4th of July parade.
Children of all ages are encouraged to participate in the annual
American event. The Seaside Convention Center, downtown shops and the
outlet mall are a short drive away. Antiquing is available at the nearby
antique shops or Seaside Antique Mall. Take in a world-class Maritime
museum that is located in Astoria. Partake in "adventure on the
high seas" with deep-sea fishing: available from the port in
Warrenton.

Check In for
all vacation homes are between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.
If you anticipate arriving later than 5 pm please make
prior arrangements with our office.
Cancellations and
Refunds
There will be a $ 50.00 cancellation fee for termination of
rental contracts made at least 30 days prior to arrival. There
is no refund if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment:
Payment
in full is required. Remittance upon receipt of contract.
Contract
and payment to be returned within a 7-day time frame.
Rented to one group at one time for a minimum of two nights.
