This spacious family compound is located near the heart of Gearhart. This fully equipped home is designed to handle a large group. It is the perfect spot for that group gathering or the family reunion that you've been planning. A unique lower level bedroom suite equipped with a fireplace offers additional privacy for a couple needing a retreat from the crowd. Barbecue on the new deck while the children frolic in the large backyard. The beach is a short stroll away.

Please Note Policies:
There is an additional $150.00 Service Fee, and a 
$200.00 refundable security deposit required. 
This is a non-smoking home.
Pets are allowed

Check In Policy:
Check In for all vacation homes are between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.
If you anticipate arriving later than 5 pm please make prior arrangements with our office.
Payment Options:
Visa, MasterCard, Personal & Business Checks

Keys to be picked up and delivered at the office

 Cancellation & Refund:
A 14-day cancellation notice is required; a $150.00 fee will be charged. If the cancellation falls
after that time frame, no refunds will be given. 

Payment:
  Payment in full is required.  Remittance upon receipt of contract.
  Contract and payment to be returned within a 7-day time frame.
