Pat
Ordway - Owner Pat Ordway is what one would call a local fixture. Her name is
synonymous with the real estate and the vacation rental industry.
Her reputation has been built on a foundation of over 28 years of
experience in this industry.
In the 30's, Pat's family catered to the tourism trade by owning and
operating the South Prom Bike Shop as well as vacation rentals. It was from this early
experience that Pat identified that tourism was one of the best economical base of
this community.
Pat began her professional career by pioneering the
development of the vacation rental industry on the North Oregon
Coast. Pat Ordway Vacation Rentals became a reality in 1977. As our town has
developed, so too has the vacation
rental business. At the present time, our business has grown to
include the rental coordination of over 30 vacation rental properties
located in the resort communities of Seaside, Gearhart, Cannon Beach and
Arch Cape.
