As you enter the property though a scattering of pine trees you will find plenty of off street parking, easy for unloading your cars. This home is in a very prestigious area called " The Palisades".

Due to the Hurricane this past December all the trees have had to be cut down as they were not safe for you nor the integrity of the house. The home still maintains the same fun loving appeal with out the trees. (They will grow back but it will take years)

Please Note Policies: There is an additional $175.00 Service Fee, and a $200.00 refundable security deposit required. This is a non-smoking home. Sorry, no pets are allowed Check In Policy: Check In for all vacation homes are between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. If you anticipate arriving later than 5 pm please make prior arrangements with our office. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Personal & Business Checks Keys to be picked up and delivered at the office Cancellation & Refund: A 14-day cancellation notice is required; a $150.00 fee will be charged, and a 1% State lodging tax. If the cancellation falls after that time frame, no refunds will be given. Payment: Payment in full is required. Remittance upon receipt of contract. Contract and payment to be returned within a 7-day time frame.
