Check In Policy:
Check In for all vacation homes are between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.
If you anticipate arriving later than 5 pm please make prior arrangements with our office.

Keys to be picked up and delivered at the office

 Cancellation & Refund:
A 14-day cancellation notice is required; a $150.00 fee will be charged.  If the cancellation falls
after that time frame, no refunds will be given.

Payment:
  Payment in full is required.  Remittance upon receipt of contract.
Contract and payment to be returned within a 7-day time frame.
