This is a very special beach retreat!   You’ll love spending your vacation in this custom built home, with sand at your feet and nothing but Ocean View from every room!

The main floor has eight large windows giving you a 180-degree view from South to North and nothing but Ocean in between. There is a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace in the spacious living room, dining area and including the gorgeous gourmet kitchen. In this state of the art kitchen, you will find it stocked with everything from a special icemaker to a zero freeze refrigerator. Dishes, glasses, and every kitchen tool you could want. The center island allows for three cooks at one time in this delightful room. There is a large eating bar area with plenty of bar stools so everyone can watch the cooks at their best.

The dining room table seats 10 comfortably. The conversation area in the living room is so inviting you will think you are at a lodge.

The Master suite features a fireplace with Ocean Views to wake up to. There has been an interior designers touch in each bedroom and bath so be sure to take notes.

The lower floor has three large bedrooms with views and one features another fireplace!  The laundry facilities are the best, easy access when coming in from the beach as well and a shower to jump into to remove the salt water and sand.

On the upper floor there is an inviting deck where you could be sitting out there with your guests and enjoying the beautiful sunsets on a balmy evening. The stairs off of this deck make accessing the beach very easy.  Smaller children could be playing right below where you would know they are close by.

This is definitely a family home with everything to make your stay extra special.
