Check In for all vacation homes are between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.
If you anticipate arriving later than 5 pm please make prior arrangements with our office.

 Cancellation & Refund:
A 14-day cancellation notice is required; a $200.00 security deposit, and a $200.00 service fee will be charged.  If the cancellation falls
after that time frame, no refunds will be given.

Payment:
  Payment in full is required.  Remittance upon receipt of contract.
Contract and payment to be returned within a 7-day time frame.
