Description

This home is Ocean Front, located on the south end of Seaside. It is perfect for a cook that would like to have two kitchens, as this home is actually a duplex. This way, you can have your own space as each unit has its own entry way yet has a common door leading to the outside. You have the option of renting out the whole house or one half depending on your needs. One-side sleeps six and the other sleeps eight. Combined, this home will sleep up to twelve with sofa sleepers. Rates will vary depending on size of unit.

Please Note Policies:

There is a one time service fee of $175.00 for both units rented.
and a $100.00 for a single unit rented.

$200.00 refundable security deposit required.

This is a non-smoking home.

Check In Policy:
Check In for all vacation homes are between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.
If you anticipate arriving later than 5 pm please make prior arrangements with our office.

Payment Options:
Visa, MasterCard, Personal & Business Checks

Keys to be picked up and delivered at the office

 Cancellation & Refund:
A 14-day cancellation notice is required; a $150.00 fee will be charged.  If the cancellation falls
after that time frame, no refunds will be given.

Payment:
  Payment in full is required.  Remittance upon receipt of contract.
Contract and payment to be returned within a 7-day time frame.
